Water Polo Cruise Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
By making a reservation and submitting any payment to Water Polo Cruise, each participant acknowledges and agrees to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or voluntary cancellation by the participant.
Progress Payments and Installment Payments
Any progress payments, installment payments, or partial payments made toward a cruise reservation are also non-refundable.
However, Water Polo Cruise may, in its sole discretion, provide a refund of amounts paid (excluding the deposit) if:

The replacement traveler completes all required registration documents and pays all amounts due before departure.
If a suitable replacement traveler is secured and approved, Water Polo Cruise may transfer the reservation to the replacement traveler and refund payments previously made by the canceling participant, less any administrative fees, processing fees, or unrecoverable costs incurred by Water Polo Cruise.

Water Polo Cruise reserves the right to reject any replacement traveler who:
-
Does not meet participation requirements;
-
Fails to complete required documentation;

Fails to make required payments; or
-
Otherwise does not comply with Water Polo Cruise policies.
